How do I lock or unlock my OKX Card for security?

You can lock and unlock your OKX Card anytime in the app.

  • Go to Manage card page by selecting the Settings

    Select Settings from the top-right corner of the screen

  • Toggle the lock card option to lock or unlock your OKX card

Note: when your card is locked, it can't be used for new purchases or subscriptions. However, any transactions that were already pending before the lock will still be processed. You can unlock your card anytime if you want to use it again.
