The upgrade starts with a new inflation model.
→ Inflation now adjusts to the actual supply, gradually lowers over time, and stays within a safe long-term range.
This creates predictable rewards & a more sustainable economy.
Emissions are now split into four buckets that work together:
→ 50% for Staking Rewards
→ 20% for Growth Dividend
→ 20% for Ecosystem Growth
→ 10% for Sustainability
Each part strengthens the others through activity, security and development.
For users, Staking V5 introduces two paths:
→ Simple Staking - for steady, straightforward rewards.
→ Active Yield Strategies - for higher potential returns through guided DeFi flows.
More engagement brings more liquidity & more movement onchain.
For builders, the Ecosystem Growth Fund provides long term support for new apps, tools and infrastructure.
For validators, predictable inflation and Priority Fees create stable, usage-driven rewards.
