I compiled every comment and categorized them by recurring themes. Here’s what the @Stacks Community are suggesting about $STX →Marketing + CMO Expectations →Price, Communication & Accountability →Builder & Ecosystem Growth →Liquidity, Incentives & TVL →Korea Market Unlock →Real-World Utility Questions →Ryder-Specific Feedback →KOL Strategy I breakdown 1 by 1 in detail below 🧵
Hey $STX community, I'll be attending the first meeting as part of the treasury committee soon. Would love to hear from you what are the most pressing things @Stacks needs now?
1/ Marketing + CMO Expectations A lot of people feel @Stacks needs: →A clear public face →A CMO who actually ships →Someone who educates institutions, whales, and nation-states on Bitcoin DeFi →Faster decision-making on leadership roles This is the #1 recurring theme.
2/ Price, Communication & Accountability Strong frustration around: →STX price performance →Lack of presence on major podcasts →Generic “progress updates” →Leadership not addressing concerns directly Holders/community want honest communication.
3/ Builder & Ecosystem Growth Recurring feedback: →EVM migration grants →Lowering Clarity onboarding friction →Funding real builders, not hype projects →Staying away from “rug-ish” ecosystem noise People want more devs → more apps → more reasons to use Stacks.
4/ Liquidity, Incentives & TVL Requests for aggressive moves: →Treasury-backed liquidity →Higher yields to bootstrap TVL →Making DeFi actually usable at scale The market wants Stacks to go on offense here.
5/ Korea Market Unlock Korea came up multiple times: →Wallet whitelisting (Ryder/Xverse) on Upbit/Bithumb →SIP-010 token listings →Memo UX fix (big pain point) Huge opportunity if we get this right. FYI, During my time Korea holds almost 70% of STX volume.
6/ Real-World Utility Questions Simple but important: →“Where can I spend sBTC in real life?” →Utility questions show people want to use it, not just hold it.
7/ Ryder-Specific Feedback Some direct notes for us: →Users want to see STX DeFi positions + LST tokens inside the Ryder app →Clear signal on what to prioritize next.
8/ KOL Strategy Strong push for: →More KOL lobbying →Country-specific influencers →Better storytelling and visibility People want Stacks to be loud again.
Some of this I agree, some I don’t but I’m going to dig deeper into the why later. Nevertheless, I’ll report back here after our TC meetings with exactly which items are covered into next year’s plan. As always, I’m here to serve. Your appointed TC member, reporting for duty. Go #ryde
