Reflecting on a long-term bag: I first bought $COMP over 4 years ago. Back then, the thesis wasn't about short-term pumps. It was a bet on a fundamental DeFi primitive: an autonomous, on-chain money market. Compound was a 0-to-1 innovation in programmable finance. Why I still HODL $COMP today: The thesis evolved from "pioneering dApp" to "battle-tested infrastructure." It has survived multiple cycles, generates real revenue ($3bn TVL and $2m annual revenue), and its potential to become a core settlement layer for on-chain credit, including RWAs, keeps my conviction strong. Some things are built to last. What I've always valued is its elegant utility model: you earn $COMP rewards for actively supplying or borrowing on the platform, which simultaneously gives you the raw voting power to govern its future. It's not just a ticker, it’s productive ownership. Keep hodling.
