Terms and Conditions of the campaign for Affiliates in Brazil

Campaign Participation and Requirements

1. Campaign Period: From 2024-04-24 at 8 AM (UTC-3) to 2024-05-24 at 6 PM (UTC-3)

Eligibility for registration:

1. This campaign is open to new and existing OKX affiliates.
2. Affiliates must participate in the campaign through their affiliate manager.
3. Non-affiliated/non-participating Partners are not eligible to participate in this campaign.

Reward Terms

1. A valid referred user must meet the following criteria: have created an account on OKX via an affiliate link and made a first minimum purchase of 50 USDT in crypto in Simple or Advanced trading mode during the campaign period.
2. For each referred user who reaches 150 USDT in trading volume in Simple or Advanced mode, within 30 days of the first purchase, the affiliate will earn a reward of 5 USDT. If the same referred user reaches more than 250 USDT in trading volume in Simple or Advanced mode, within 30 days after the first purchase, the affiliate will earn a second reward of 7 USDT.
3. First purchase calculation: Accumulated valid simple trading volume, generated from buy orders during the campaign period.
4. Calculation of trading volume: Accumulated valid simple trading volume, generated during the campaign period.

Payment distribution

1. Payment will be calculated based on the campaign's reward conditions and distributed to an OKX account designated by the affiliate in writing, held by the Affiliate.
2. All payments due to the Affiliate under this campaign will be repaid on the 15th day of each month, starting in the month following registration in the campaign.
3. OKX reserves the right to disqualify any campaign participant who engages in dishonest or abusive activities, including bulk registrations of accounts to obtain additional rewards, and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
4. OKX has the discretion to convert any rewards into another cryptocurrency of equivalent value.

General Conditions

1. By default, users participating in and registering for the campaign have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this campaign.
2. This campaign does not constitute or should not be considered as a recommendation to deal with any investment products or advice. Digital assets are speculative and highly volatile, can become illiquid at any time, and are intended for investors with a high risk tolerance. Investors in digital assets may lose the total value of their investment.
3. Please note that based on marketplace fluctuation, the payment value may fluctuate and may not be equal in value at the time a recipient can withdraw. Prices of digital assets, including stablecoins, can fluctuate at any time. Due to such price fluctuations, you may experience an increase or decrease in the value of your assets at any time.
4. Any and all applicable taxes and all additional fees and expenses, including connection, installation, usage, and/or service costs, related to the acceptance and use of the reward, are the sole responsibility of the reward recipient.
5. During the campaign period, OKX will closely monitor user behavior to prevent any form of cheating or abnormal behavior, including, but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using others' accounts, using others' information to register accounts, false KYC information, malicious boosting of trading data, engaging in wash trading or wash exchanges, violating the campaign's terms and conditions, violating local regulatory rules for transactions, and any other campaigns related to illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts.
6. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, OKX reserves the right to exclude any participants from this campaign without prior notice.

OKX reserves the right to determine and amend the campaign rules at any time without prior notice, including, but not limited to, canceling, extending, or terminating this campaign, modifying the eligibility conditions for users participating in the campaign, and adjusting the campaign and reward rules.
