To better serve our users, effective April 8, 2026, users whose current assets balance or 30-day average asset balance is ≥ 30,000 USD equivalent will now have access to our priority customer service channel, enjoying the same service response priority as our VIP users.

Exclusive customer service channel dedicated relationship manager services.

Additionally, users who are upgraded to VIP status will be immediately assigned a service group for personalised account support.
