OKX Card Referral Program Terms and Conditions (EEA)

This OKX Card Referral Program (the "Promotion") is offered to you by OKX Europe Limited, a company registered in Malta and licensed as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) by the Malta Financial Services Authority ("OKX"). The OKX Card is issued by UAB Monavate ("Monavate"), a company incorporated in Lithuania (Company Code: 305628001) and authorised by the Bank of Lithuania as an Electronic Money Institution (License No. LB002139). OKX also acts as Card Program manager.

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") and the General OKX Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

1.1. This Promotion is open only to residents of the European Economic Area (EEA), excluding any jurisdictions where OKX may restrict its services from time to time. See OKX's EEA Terms of Service for more information.

1.2. To participate as a "Referrer," you must have a pre-existing, verified OKX account. Referrers may invite users before opening an OKX Pay account, but they must have an OKX Pay account to receive rewards.

1.3. To participate as an "Invitee," you must not have previously created an OKX account or applied for an OKX Card.

1.4. Sub-accounts and corporate accounts are ineligible for this Promotion.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on April 1, 2026 and will continue until terminated by OKX at its sole discretion (the "Promotion Period").

3. How to Participate and Earn Rewards

3.0. Reward Disclosure: Both the Referrer and the Invitee may receive a reward when the Invitee completes the required tasks described on the Card Referral page. The type of reward, its value, and any applicable limits will be clearly displayed on the Card Referral page of the OKX app before participation.

To qualify for a reward under this Promotion, the following steps must be completed during the Promotion Period:

3.1. Referral Link: The Referrer must share their unique OKX Card Referral Link (available in the OKX app under Pay Mode - Card Referral page) with an eligible Invitee.

3.2. Registration: The Invitee must sign up for an OKX account using the Referrer’s unique link and successfully complete the onboarding process.

3.3. Card Application: The Invitee must apply for and be approved for the OKX Card.

3.4. Qualifying Transaction: The Invitee must activate their OKX Card (virtual) and complete the applicable number of qualifying and settled transactions as specified on the Card Referral page in the OKX app *Note: ATM withdrawals and transfers to other digital wallets are excluded from qualifying transactions. All qualifying transactions must be fully settled and not cancelled, reversed, or refunded.

4. Rewards

4.1. Upon successful completion of the Qualifying Transaction by the Invitee, both the Referrer and the Invitee will be entitled to receive a fixed reward. The reward type, amount and any applicable conditions may vary and will be displayed on the Card Referral page in the OKX app.

4.2. Rewards will be credited to the participants' OKX Pay account within seven (7) business days of the qualifying event. Referrers must have opened an OKX Pay account to receive rewards.

4.3. Reward amounts may vary by market and will be displayed on the Card Referral page prior to participation.

5. Reward Limits and Restrictions

5.1. A Referrer can receive referral rewards from a maximum of 10 invitees per fourteen (14) calendar days under this Promotion.

5.2. OKX reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engages in dishonest, fraudulent, or abusive activities (e.g., self-referral, wash trading, or multi-accounting).

5.3. Promotion Exclusivity: Participation in this Promotion excludes eligibility for overlapping new user promotions unless otherwise stated by OKX.

6. Card Issuance and Third-Party Terms

6.1. The OKX Card is issued by Monavate.

6.2. Use of the OKX Card is subject to the OKX Cardholder Agreement provided by the card issuer. OKX is not responsible for the card issuer’s approval process or transaction processing.

7. Risk Warning and Disclaimers

7.1. Capital at Risk: Digital assets are highly volatile and are not regulated under traditional financial protection schemes (such as the Investor Compensation Scheme in the EEA). You may lose the entire value of your assets.

7.2. This content is not (i) investment, financial, accounting, legal or tax advice, or (ii) an offer or solicitation to buy, sell or hold crypto/digital assets. Crypto/digital assets, including stablecoins and NFTs, are subject to market volatility, involve high risk, can lose value, and can become worthless. You should buy crypto/digital assets only if you are prepared to accept the risk of losing all of the money you put into such assets. 7.3. No Advice: This Promotion does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice.

7.4. Tax Liability: Participants are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from the receipt of rewards under the laws of their country of residence.

8. General Terms

8.1. OKX reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate these Terms at any time without prior notice.

8.2. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta.

8.3. Any dispute, controversy or claim, whether contractual or non-contractual, arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, or any other issue which shall arise in virtue of these Terms, shall be referred to and finally settled by arbitration in terms of the UNCITRAL Rules of Arbitration in accordance with the provisions of Part V (International Arbitration) of the Arbitration Act (Chapter 387 of the Laws of Malta). Any arbitration commenced pursuant to this Clause shall take place in the English language. The number of arbitrators shall be one, to be appointed by agreement between the parties to the proceedings. Failing such agreement within fourteen (14) days from the due notification of a written request to concur in the appointment of the arbitrators, the appointment shall take place by the Chairman of the Malta Arbitration Centre.

Any claim arising out of or related to the Terms must be filed within one year after such claim arose. Otherwise, the claim is permanently barred, which means that the participant will not have the right to assert the claim.

The provisions set forth in this clause will survive termination of the terms.
