3. Perpetual swap trading is scheduled to launch at 17:00 Dec 10, 2018 (CET, UTC +1) (subject to delay, depending on trading simulation test results). At the meantime, the transaction fees of our different markets will be adjusted as follows:

NOTE: in the event of the delay of the launch of perpetual swap trading, the fee adjustments will still be effective from 17:00 Dec 10, 2018 (CET, UTC +1).
