모멘텀의 볼트 이해하기
@MMTFinance 에는 Vault라는 기능이 있습니다. 이것은 얼핏 보면 그냥 유동성 제공이랑도 비슷하고, 실제로 APR도 보면 일반 유동성 제공이랑도 비슷합니다.
그렇다면 차이는 무엇인가? 이 Momentum Vault의 경우는 Momentum에서 운영하는 것이 아닙니다. 다른 서비스가 운용하는 것으로 모멘텀의 LP를 이용해서 볼트를 만드는 것입니다.
가장 큰 차이점은 직접 LP에 자금을 넣게 되면 Range설정을 해야하고 조정도 해야하고 하는데, 이 Vault는 같은 유동성풀에 넣어두기는 하지만, 조정도 자동으로 하고 이자도 자동으로 클레임해서 늘린다는 것입니다.
이 원리가 무엇이냐면, 우선 Range를 따로 관리를 안하고 최적화된 레인지로 조정해서 관리를 대신한다는 장점이 있고, 수수료도 대형 풀이기 때문에 모든 예치자들이 나눠서 내는 것이라 많이 안드는 장점이 있습니다.
Vault에서는 이익금에 대한 수수료는 챙겨가겠지만, 직접 관리를 할 필요가 없다는 장점이 있습니다.
여기다가 MMT Bricks 채굴 뿐만 아니라 Nemo에서 이용을 하면 Nemo Points까지 동시에 쌓이기 때문에 2중 파밍이 가능한 장점도 있습니다. 물론 2중 스마트컨트랙트 노출이기 때문에 Nemo에대한 스마트컨트랙트 리스크와 모멘텀에 대한 스마트컨트랙트 리스크를 2배로 가져가는 부분은 감안을 꼭 해야합니다.
제공해주는 곳들은 다양하게 있는데, @WalrusProtocol 의 $WAL 토큰을 바탕으로 LP를 운영하고자 하는데, 관리가 귀찮으면 Nodo에서 이것이 가능합니다. 참고로 여기는 전략이 특이한 것중 하나가 전체 금액이 10% 이상 차이가 나면 그냥 전체 금액을 다 출금시키고 스테이블로 전환한다는 전략을 가지고 있다는 부분입니다. 아무래도 Walrus의 WAL 토큰과 SUI 토큰으로 묶여있다 보니 IL 에대한 리스크가 커질 수 있는 부분에 대해서 대응이 가능하도록 설계를 한 것 같습니다.
이 볼트 기능들이 생각보다 재미있어서 나중에 조금씩 더 자세하게 하나씩 살펴봐도 될 듯 합니다.
